Casa Utxafava is situated in Vila-Sana, an exceptional spot in Catalan country side.

- Vila-Sana is a very small town, in fact it is the village with less inhabitants all the circumscription of Pla d'Urgell. Its economy depends fully on from agriculture.

- The house is surrounded by orchards and it is, within easy walking distance from of the lagoon of Ivars and Vila-sana.

- The house is about one hundred meters far from the central square and the parish church, no less than five hundred meters from the local services (pharmacy, shops, bar, etc...), and about four kilometres far from the bigger town of Mollerussa.
